Eligibility: All full-time employees working more than 37 ½ hours per week.  New employees are not eligible until their 60-day  probation period ends.

Vacation Accrual Schedule:

Service Period                                                    Weekly Vacation Accrual

Years 1-5                                                              1.5385 Hours (up to a maximum of 10 days)

Years 6-14                                                            2.3077 Hours (up to a maximum of 15 days)

15 and over                                                          3.0769 Hours (up to a maximum of 20 days)

Sick Leave Accrual Schedule:

Full-time employees accrue 1.5385 hours per pay period; or 10 days per year. Cap of 60 days (480 hours).


Bi-lingual Stipend:

$1,000 per calendar year paid the final Friday of November for employees who are proficient in an approved second language.


Holiday Fund Savings:

Optional contributions to a savings account throughout the year that is paid the final Friday of November.
